Shipping and returns
Every order is packed by hand at our studio in Portugal and sent with tracking, to almost any country.
When your order leaves
Most orders leave our studio within 36 hours of payment. When yours ships, we email you a tracking number.
What it costs
Shipping is free to every country on orders over $115. Below that, the exact price for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
How it is packed
Paintings are rolled, wrapped in protective paper and sent in a rigid tube. Singing bowls and malas are boxed and padded.
Customs and import duties
- Inside the European Union: no customs and no import fees.
- Outside the EU (including the UK, USA, Canada and Australia): your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are set by your country.
Returns
You can return any piece within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging.
- Email info@tibetthangka.com with your order number.
- We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the piece back in its original packaging.
- We refund you as soon as it arrives in its original condition.
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the piece arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged on arrival?
Photograph the parcel and the piece and email us within 48 hours. We will replace it, exchange it or refund you, and cover the return shipping.
